About this redesign
This site reorganizes the association’s public information for easier browsing. The information library brings together the association’s policies and resources. The directory began with the association’s published listings and is now maintained through its private administration dashboard. Course information remains a published source snapshot.

Directory search happens in your browser. Contact enquiries and membership requests are saved in the private administration database for review. When email is configured, form senders receive a short acknowledgement and administrators receive a review notification. Other dashboard emails are sent manually. Do not enter medical records or identity documents. No analytics or marketing tracker has been added. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; the hosting service may process access information.
Website assistant
The assistant helps with association information. Basic replies use the published website guide. When AI replies are enabled, your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer. Chat history stays in the open page and is not saved by this website. Start a new conversation or close the page to clear it. Do not share medical records or sensitive personal information. The assistant cannot diagnose, confirm current membership, or complete bookings or payments.
Images & accessibility
The supplied association logo is retained. The clinic and learning images are AI-generated illustrations; they do not depict actual association members, patients, or events. The layout supports keyboard navigation, mobile screens, reduced motion, and readable directory and course-table alternatives.
Information and verification
Educational summaries are not personal medical advice. Some historical claims and legacy policies need association review; ask OOAMA for clarification or full policy wording. Membership, coverage, prices, and course availability should be confirmed directly.
